There hasn't been much news on that lately ..   Soft Opening on May 21, 2009 and Grand Opening on June 11, 2009 That's the latest that I have on that .. You can find more updates here: http://www.taclobanhotels.com/ROBINSONS-MALL-TACLOBAN-CITY.htm
