I think we should change the title of this thread, or post the pictures according to its identity, such as: low to midrise and high-rise. High-rise buildings are typically 8 floors and up. Anything below it is not considered high-rise. Suggestion ko la...

Honestly, the Tacloban City Convention Center looks like unfinished. They should landscape the surrounding areas and delineate the roadways and parking spaces. They should also limit, if not totally prohibit, the posting of those advertising banners that it makes the building appear so cheap like a marketplace!
