I dont claim to be a pioneer in my hometown's music scene. But Im mighty proud to say that i have been a part of it in one way or another...

As much as I want to continue to make music with my friends again back in tacloban, sadly life has another calling for me as of now and that is to provide for my family....

I have seen and have been part and experienced the "alternative period" as well the transition of prominence to "Hard Core" among bands up until the Hip hip and a bit of a Reggae started hitting the airwaves of tacloban...

Question is whats next for Tacloban's music scene?

I know in Cebu there are a lot of hotspots .. but is there a good place to go in Tacloban City for listening to talented young bands and singers .. ?!?

I know that CARRY (now BRATTS) was a good place to go for live music before .. but how about now?

Listen up poeple!!!

Though this event wont be in tacloban but in PALO, i would like to shout out that there will be a RAP BATTLE at the ROY MONTEJO GYM this May 29, 2009. 8PM (I think)

This was organized by a local rap group there i think.. But kudoz to the organizers and goodluck in this endeavour!!!
