I think it is 30,000 sq.m lot area to include parking space.. Not sure though bout the floor area.

actually nasa 31Tsqm ang area ng mall mismo plus 5T for the call center..
what i heard was, the original plan nira can only accommodate around 160-170 stalls pero naugmaran man an mga taga robinsons kay sobra man 200 ka aplikante an interesado, ha yana aada na hira hit alteration han original plan amu nga may delay hin guti.
