We have updated the Tacloban City Forum from the phpBB2 to the latest phpBB3 Version.
In today's World, change is a constant, and we are no exception to this rule. phpBB2 was a great forum software and a lot of people were using it. But phpBB3 is now out.
Significant improvements have come with this new version of good old phpBB, and, of course, we had to be among the first to give all of these advantages to our forumers. After all it is happy forumers who keep us here were we are.
