The rules are simple, though, sometimes too simple for people to follow ..


RULE #1. Don't be a douche* .. !!


RULE #2. You agree not to hold TACLOBAN CITY FORUM or its members liable for anything stated within the forums. You are responsible for your own posts. Messages posted at this site are the sole opinion and responsibility of the poster.


RULE #3. RESPECT the users, the board, and the moderators - We put the board online in good faith, please use it in good faith. If you cannot refrain from disrespectful behavior, your account will be subject to downgrade or termination.


RULE #4. We're all grown ups here, and if we don't want to read something, we don't have to. Our Forum has a stated policy of non-censorship. If you disagree with someone, argue the point - not the person.


RULE #5. Enjoy your time in the forums and never take things too seriously.

*What's a douche .. !?

(vulgar, pejorative) "A worthless person."

Douche bag, or simply douche, is considered to be a pejorative term in most of the English-speaking world. The slang usage of the term dates back to the 1960s. The term refers to a person with a variety of negative qualities, specifically arrogance and engaging in obnoxious and/or irritating actions without malicious intent.

So a douche is a person that is generally lame, stupid or acts like a cocky ***hole. Or simply .. A jerk.
